Cherry Pie’s Petite Sweets in Upper Kirby to close, won’t relocate

After several leadership departures, a lawsuit and the sale of a concept, Houston-based Cherry Pie Hospitality is also closing Petite Sweets.  The dessert shop’s last day of service is Aug.
